Membership Terms

By joining our Membership platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your Membership, billing, and product delivery.


1. How Membership Works

  • Automatic Renewal:
    Your membership is automatically renewed according to the selected delivery interval (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly). Upon each renewal, your designated payment method will be charged, and the products will be automatically delivered to your doorstep without any further action required on your part.
    Example: If you sign-up on a monthly basis, your credit card will be charged each month, and your Membership will continue uninterrupted. 

  • One-Time Purchase Membership:
    Your Membership grants access for a dictated amount of time. At the end of this time period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) you will receive a notification (via email or text) to purchase continued access or cancel your account. 

2. Pausing or Canceling a Membership

         Flexible Management:

  • You have the option to cancel your membership at any time through our customer portal.

  • Accessing the Portal:
    The customer portal can be accessed via the magic link sent in the confirmation email following your initial membership purchase, or by logging into your account on our shop.

3. Payment Processing Issues

  • Failed Payments:
    In the event that a payment cannot be processed during a renewal attempt, you will receive an email notification containing a secure link to update your payment method.

  • Action Required:
    Please ensure your payment details are current to avoid any disruption in service. Failure to update your payment information may result in the suspension or cancellation of your membership.
